Minimum rental is two nights, with a $25 per night discount for rentals of four or more nights.

Check In time is 3:00 PM.  Check Out time is 11:00 AM.

Occupancy is limited to 20 people, including children. Person responsible for rental must be at least 21 years old.

NO PETS or SMOKING allowed.

Bed linens, bath towels/washcloths, and kitchen towels/washcloths are provided.

Upon your departure, please leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine, collect your trash and put it in garbage bags, and put all dirty linens in one of the bathtubs. Please lock all windows and doors and return your keys.

Lazy Bear Cabin is privately owned and decorated with the owners' furnishings. You will be charged for damage to the cabin or its furnishings.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change after you have made a rental reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. There will be no penalty if you contact us 14 days or more before the date of your cabin reservation; cancellations made within two weeks of your planned stay will be subject to a 50% fee, while failure to arrive or cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation will require full payment.
